📄 Refund and Cancellation Policy

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

1. Right to Cancel
Clients may cancel service agreements within 7 business days of payment, provided services have not yet been rendered.

2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
If services have already been delivered, no refund will apply unless there is a proven failure on the part of Katekisa Consulting South Africa.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used.

3. Digital and Customized Services
For digital services, personalized reports, or consulting sessions, no refunds will be granted once delivery has occurred, except in the case of technical errors or proven service failure.
